Silver coaching
For runners who already regularly strength train - bespoke running only plan- £70 per month includes:
Weekly online training plans detailing all your sessions via a sophisticated training app.
All running sessions sent straight to your Garmin, so you can just focus on running.
Regular WhatsApp contact to discuss your running sessions and provide feedback, advice and support.
Feedback and advice given on Training Peaks app.
Help you find suitable races and set manageable goals towards your race.
General advice on strength training.
Remember, all plans are completely bespoke, tailored to your fitness level, schedule and goals.
Gold coaching
Bespoke running coaching plan plus detailed strength training sessions- £80 per month includes:
All the above plus detailed strength training exercises with videos.

Face-to-face coaching sessions
From £40 per session
If you are within a reasonable distance to me (SM6), I offer a one-to-one training session where I can accompany you on your run, assess your running technique, take you through warm up drills or motivate you through an interval session. Sometimes having a coach with you on a session can motivate you to complete a tough interval session.
Alternatively you can visit me at my local training base (SM6).
You are not tied into any lengthy contracts. Cancellation of monthly coaching simply requires one months notice.
